Delete your Readify account
You can request deletion of your Readify account and all associated data at any time — including if you've uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in.

Email us to delete your account. The button below opens your mail app with the details pre-filled — just add the email address you use for Readify and send.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data associated with it, including:
- Your profile and account details
- Scanned documents and extracted OCR text
- Uploaded images and files
- Audio and transcription data
- Notes, bookmarks, and flashcards
- Reading progress and achievements
- Device tokens used for notifications
- Other account-linked app data
What we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment and subscription compliance purposes. We keep only what we're obligated to, and only for as long as required. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. We may contact you at the email address tied to your account to confirm the request before it is completed.
Prefer to delete in the app?
If you still have access to your account, you can also delete it directly from inside the Readify app in your profile settings. This page is provided for anyone who has uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in.
